docs(website): fix old docs/ path references and add English i18n pages
Update editLink patterns, git log path, and footer labels from
docs/ to website/ in config.mts, ja.ts, and en.ts. Restructure
English sidebar/nav to match new docs layout. Add English stub
pages for all 12 documentation routes.
