rename functions to clarify its role:
_rewrite_html_file     -> _disable_html_tag_in_file
_create_temporary_file -> _create_temporary_file_in_raw_mode
_print_inline_object   -> _print_inline_object_link
evaluate_preamble      -> evaluate_safe_preamble
evaluate_footer        -> evaluate_safe_footer
